Cancellations

To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Private, Duet, & Virtual Session Cancellations

• 24-Hour Notice Required: Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Inclement Weather & Emergencies

• In the event of studio closure due to weather or other emergencies, we will notify clients as early as possible and waive cancellation fees.

Waitlist

• In the event of a session becoming available, waitlist clients will receive a text message. Waitlist spots are offered on a first-come, first served basis.

Scheduling

• We are currently running a waitlist for in-person private sessions. To be added to our waitlist, kindly visit our Contact page.

• To secure your appointment for a single session, payment is due 24 hours in advance.

• To schedule a weekly recurring appointment, package payment is due at the time of booking.
